Class Schedule.

  

All classes are drop-in: No pre-registration required. No need to phone ahead unless you have questions. Our number is 520.731.0702 at the studio, or you can contact the studio manager, Kurt Momberger at 520.396.0619. Leave a message and we will call you back. Please come 10 minutes early for your first class so you can meet the instructor and let them know of any health concerns. You will also fill out a liability form and buy a class pass at that time.
 

Please refrain from wearing any cologne or perfume to class as some students are very chemically sensitive.

 NEW CLASSES:

New Pilates class!!! Join Shay Monday evenings from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. for her new Pilates class. Challenge yourself, get a strong workout, and work on those core muscles that we so often neglect. This class is a hybrid between your traditional Pilates and a touch of Hatha Yoga.This class is a fantiastic workout for both men and women and is the newest addition to our schedule here at the Yoga House. Give it a shot, you won't be dissapointed.

Prenatal Yoga classes will continue as a part of the regular schedule each Sat. 12:15-1:15 and tickets ($70 for 10) can be used or a $10 drop in fee.
