Class Schedule.

  

All classes are drop-in: No pre-registration required. No need to phone ahead unless you have questions. Our number is 520.731.0702. Leave a message and we will call you back. Please come 10 minutes early for your first class so you can meet the instructor and let them know of any health concerns. You will also fill out a liability form and buy a class pass at that time.
 

Please refrain from wearing any cologne or perfume to class as some students are very chemically sensitive.

New class on Sundays 4:30-6:00 p.m. - Hatha Yoga 2!

This class will prepare you for the week ahead. Get in a good frame of mind to handle whatever comes your way. The class is geared for those who enjoy a challenge and are up for a bit of sweat. Bring a friend and try this new class. Class is taught by Kurt.
